河南省医疗机构三种慢性法定传染病网络报告病例诊断符合率

目的分析评价2010-2011年河南省医疗机构乙肝、丙肝和梅毒诊断准确性和诊断符合程度,为提高法定传染病监测数据质量提供依据。方法分层随机抽取报告质量中等的市辖区、县和县级市各1个,筛选2年累计分别报告20张以上有效卡片的医疗机构,单纯随机获得调查样本,根据国家卫生行业标准进行病例核实。结果 9家医疗机构7 338例病例抽取964例进行调查。3种疾病总的疾病分类诊断符合率为45.07%。乙肝、丙肝和梅毒诊断符合率分别为35.69%、27.43%和80.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论调查医疗机构的乙肝、丙肝诊断符合率较低,相关部门在诊断标准的贯彻方面,加强专业培训、技术指导和行政监督。

Objectiv Analysis and evaluation of 2010 - 2011 henan medical institutions hepatitis b, hepatitis c and syphilis diagnosis accuracy and diagnosis accord degree, in order to improve the legal infectious disease monitoring data provide a basis for quality. Methods Stratified random extraction report quality medium municipal districts, counties and county-level cities of each one, screening 2 years of accumulated respectively report 20 copies and more effective card of medical institutions, simple random samples for investigation, according to the national health industry standard for case to verify. Results Nine medical institutions with 7 338 cases 964 cases of extraction were investigated. Three kind of disease general classification of diseases diagnostic coincidence rate was 45.07 %. Hepatitis b, hepatitis c and syphilis diagnosis coincidence rate were 35.69 %, 27.43 % and 80.24 %, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Survey of medical institutions hepatitis b, hepatitis c diagnosis coincidence rate is low, the relevant departments in the implementation of diagnostic criteria, strengthen the professional training, technical guidance and administrative supervision.
