微创血肿粉碎清除术与开颅血肿清除术的疗效

目的 对微创血肿粉碎清除术与开颅血肿清除术治疗高血压性脑出血的临床疗效进行分析.方法 抽取2009年1月至2010年1月间的高血压性脑出血患者54例,在患者同意的基础上随机分为微创组和开颅组,各27例,分别对患者采取微创血肿粉碎清除术和开颅血肿清除术,对两组患者的临床效果进行比较分析.结果 相对于开颅组,微创组中的高血压性脑出血患者的临床治疗效果更为良好（P＜0.05）.结论 微创血肿粉碎清除术与开颅血肿清除术在进行高血压性脑出血疾病治疗时均有一定的疗效,而其中微创血肿粉碎清除术的临床效果更为良好.

Curative effects of minimally invasive evacuation of hematomas and craniotomy hematoma removal

Objective To analyze the efficacy of minimally invasive evacuation of hematomas and craniotomy hematoma removal in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 54 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in January 2009 to January 2010,were randomly divided into minimally invasive group and surgical group,27 cases in each group,based on their agreement,we respectively adopted minimally invasive hematoma in patients with comminuted dissection and craniotomy evacuation of hematoma,a comparative analysis of two groups with clinical effect was conducted.Results Compared with the traditional craniotomy group,hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage minimally invasive group was better in the clinical treatment effect（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Minimally invasive evacuation of hematomas and craniotomy evacuation of hematoma in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage of hypertension have a certain effect,but the clinical effect of minimally invasive hematoma smash removal is better.
