替普瑞酮治疗老年慢性浅表性胃炎124例的临床观察

目的 研究替普瑞酮治疗老年人慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效.方法 将2010至2012年间收治的124例老年慢性浅表性胃炎患者按照幽门螺杆菌（Hp）的感染情况分为两组,Hp阳性组68例,Hp阴性组56例.治疗开始前对所有患者进行症状检查、胃镜检查.均使用替普瑞酮胶囊（50 mg）进行胃黏膜的保护治疗,每日服药3次,饭后吞服,疗程持续8周.治疗结束后,再次进行症状检查、胃镜检查,比较两次检查结果的区别,以此判断替普瑞酮疗效.结果 治疗结束后,Hp阳性组有63例患者恶心、嗳气、烧心、反酸症状缓解,有效率达到92.6％;Hp阴性组有50例患者恶心、嗳气、烧心、反酸症状缓解,有效率达到89.3％,两组之间缓解症状的差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.Hp阳性组胃镜下有效37例,有效率54.4％; Hp阴性组胃镜下有效27例,有效率48.2％,两组胃镜下疗效比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.Hp阳性组治疗后仍为阳性.结论 替普瑞酮能够保护胃粘膜,对老年慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效值得肯定,但是它不能治疗幽门螺杆菌感染,如果患者Hp阳性,需要结合其他药物抗感染.

Efficacy observation on 124 elderly cases of chronic superficial gastritis treated by teprenone

Objective To study the efficacy of Teprenone in treatment of chronic superficial gastritis in the elderly.Methods 124 elderly patients with chronic superficial gastritis from 2010 to 2012 in our hospital,were selected as research object.They were divided into two groups according helicobacter pylori infection.All patients underwent gastroscopy,using the Teprenone capsule （50 mg,3 times/d） to treat them.The entire treatment needed eight weeks.Results After the treatment,63 of the Hp＋ group＇ s patients improved their symptoms such as nausea,belching,heartburn and acid reflux,the success rate was 92.6%; 50 of the Hp-group＇ s patients improved their symptoms,the success rate was 89.3%.The result of the gastroscopy,Hp＋ group had 37 patients improved （54.4%）;Hp-group had 27 patients improved （48.2%）.The results showed no statistical significant difference （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Teprenone is able to protect the gastric mucosa,it can cure the chronic superficial gastritis in the elderly.But it＇ s not acid-fast,and can＇ t kill the helicobacter pylori,if the patients＇ Hp is positive,it needs other medication for anti-infection.
