卡泊三醇软膏联合转移因子治疗扁平苔癣的疗效及安全性观察

目的观察卡泊三醇软膏联合转移因子治疗扁平苔癣的疗效和安全性。方法选取220例经临床和组织病理确诊的扁平苔癣患者,转移因子注射液隔日1次肌肉注射,外用卡泊三醇软膏,2次/d,共用药3个月,用免疫测定技术检测外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3、CD4及CD8,并计算CD4/CD8比值与健康组进行对照。结果经1个疗程的治疗,其中痊愈58例,显效92例,好转43例,无效21例,中途退出6例,患者治疗前CD3、CD4及CD4/CD8比值均显著低于健康人;治疗后CD3、CD4及CD4/CD8比值均显著提高。结论卡泊三醇软膏联合转移因子治疗扁平苔癣患者能明显改善患者的症状,缩短病程,且不良反应较低,两者联用是治疗扁平苔癣的较好方法,值得临床应用推广。

Effect and Safety of the Combination of Calcipotriol Ointment and Transfer Factor Injection on Lichen Planus

Objective To study the effect and salty of calcipotriol ointment with transfer factor injection for the treat- ment of lichen planus. Methods 220 patients with lichen planus in research group were injected with transfer factor injection （3rag qod） and external used caleipotriol ointment （2/d） for 3 months. Using Inununoassay technique on peripheral blood T- lymphocyte subsets CD3 , CD4 and CDs, compared with before treatment and the control. Results After a course of treatment, 58 patients were cured, 92 were effected, 43 were improved, 21 were invalid. The average percentage of CD3, CD4 T- cells and the CDJCDs ratio in patients with LP were obviously lower and that of CDs T - cells in LP patients was obviously higher com- pared with the normal controls. The CD3, CD4 T - cells and the CD4/CDs ratio were increased markedly after treatment. Con- clusion CaleipotrioI ointment combined with transfer factor injection were effective and safe in treating LP. Clinical results inded that it is a better way for LP treatment.
