急性腺样体炎46例临床诊治的探讨

目的对已确诊的46例急性腺样体炎患者的相关资料进行临床总结和分析,以探讨急性腺样体炎的临床特点和治疗原则.方法根据临床症状和体征,结合鼻咽侧位X片或鼻咽部CT,鼻咽纤维喉镜等检查结果作为诊断急性腺样体炎的依据,对已确诊的46例急性腺样体炎患者,进行了抗感染、解热等对症支持及局部治疗.结果本组病例均收到良好的治疗效果.结论急性腺样体炎位置隐匿不易被发现,早期诊治是关键,应引起临床足够重视.

Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of 46 Cases of Acute Adenoiditis

Objective To explore the principle of clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute adenoiditis by analyzing the clinical data of 46 patients with acute adenoiditis.Methods According to the clinical symptoms and signs,nasopharyngeal late piece or nasopharyngeal CT and nasopharyngeal fiber-optic laryngoscope check,46 patients with acute adenoiditis were made a definite diagnosis.At the same time,anti-infection therapy,support treatment and local treatment were employed.Result All patients got satisfying clinical therapeutic effects.Conclusion The location of acute adenoiditis is larvate and not easy to discovery,early diagnosis and treatment is crucial and sufficient attention should be paid in clinic.
