摘    要:本文介绍了"巴林特小组"的基本理论和工作内容、工作过程,论述了"巴林特小组"对继续医学教育的意义.在继续医学教育过程中,通过"巴林特小组"的训练,即通过对医患关系的关注,使得医生能够很好地理解患者的情绪和心理特点,有助于医生处理自身的情绪和发展人格,提高医生的沟通能力和工作能力并缓解职业压力.

Abstract:Balint group in continuing education for medical professionals developrent is a well-established family medicine residencies training in many country and active worldwide. This training program consists of a small group of physicians who meet regularly to examine their own physician-patient relationships. In Balint groups, physicians are trained to implement basic psychodynamic principles with special attention to the physician-patient relationship. The aim is to improve physicians' skills in handling their patients while simultaneously controlling their personal involvement and awareness of their own feelings during patient encounters. Balint groups may provide such opportunities for physicians with strategies for handling their work life, continual professional development might be an approach for avoiding burnout.
