| 摘 要： | 目的观察冰石长皮膏对大鼠慢性难愈性创面的疗效。方法SD大鼠背部制造全层皮肤缺损开放性创面,除正常对照组外,大鼠肌肉注射醋酸氢化可的松建立难愈性创面模型,随机分为模型组、凡士林组、白玉膏组和长皮膏组。观察不同时间创面愈合率及创面愈合时间。结果模型组创面愈合率低于正常创面组(P0.05),创面愈合时间较正常组明显延长(P0.01);第7天、第10天的冰石长皮膏组创面愈合率高于模型组(P0.05,P0.01),冰石长皮膏组愈合时间比模型组明显缩短(P0.01)。结论冰石长皮膏能明显促进大鼠慢性难愈性创面愈合。
