| 摘 要： | 目的：分析前列腺增生术后排尿困难的原因，为预防和治疗提供依据。方法：回顾性分析15例耻骨上前列腺切除术后出现排尿困难的临床资料。结果：15例耻骨上前列腺切除术后排尿困难病例中，膀胱颈梗阻11例，尿道外口狭窄、腺体残留各1例，后尿道炎性粘连狭窄2例。结论：膀胱颈口梗阻为耻骨上前列腺切除术后引起排尿困难的主要原因。多数患者可经尿道扩张或腔内手术治愈。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the causes of postoperative dysuria in patients with benign prostatic hypertrophy(BPH). Methods: Fifteen patients complained of postoperative dysuria after operation for treatment of BPH. Clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results: In the 15 patients who complained of postoperative dysuria after prostatectomy for the treatment of BPH, 11 had bladder neck obstruction, 1 urethral meatus stricture, 1 residual gland, and 2 inflammatory prosterior urethral stricture. Conclusion: Bladder neck obstruction is the major cause of dysuria after prostatectomy for the treatment of BPH. Almost all the patients can be cured by dilation or transurethral resection. |
