摘    要:陷阱受体3(decoy receptor 3,DcR3)是新发现的一种肿瘤坏死因子超家族成员,研究发现其在多种肿瘤尤其是消化系肿瘤高表达,可能通过与FasL结合干扰Fas/FasL系统介导的细胞凋亡而导致肿瘤发生。研究DcR3和Fas/FasL系统与消化系肿瘤的关系,有助于阐明消化系肿瘤发生发展机制,为消化系肿瘤的治疗提供一种新的思路,并有助于临床合理确定治疗方案和预后判断。

Abstract:Decoy receptor3 (DcR3) is a new member of TNF superfamily, and the expression of DcR3 increased in many tumor especially digestive system carcinoma, which may combined with FasL to interfere Fas/FasL system, then to induce tumor. The research of the relationship between DcR3 and Fas/FasL system and digestive system carcinoma helps to clarify the mechanism of digestive system carcinoma, and it gives a new way to resolve the tumor and to clinical treatment and prognosis.
