中医药在治疗重型颅脑损伤中作用的探讨

本文报导了广东省南海市中医院从１９９５．６～１９９６．４间收治的１５例重型颅脑损伤患者，用中医配合救治获得满意效果，其中良好１１例，占７４．３％，中残２例，占１３．５％，重残１例，占６．６％，死亡１例，占６．６％，作者强调采取以下措施：１．循环呼吸衰竭期早大剂量使用生脉，丽参，参附注射液益气固脱，回阳救逆，可帮助尽快度过休克期和缓解呼吸衰竭，２．应用大剂量醒脑静注射液及血府逐瘀汤可以促进脑复苏，３

The Effect of Herbal Medicines on Serious Brain lnjury

Fifteen patients with serious brain injury were treated supplemently with herbal medicines.The results showed that 11 cases(74.3%)were cured,2 cases(13.5%)moderalely disabled,one case(6.6%) seriously disabled and one case (6.6%) dies. In this report,it was also revealed that (1) in the stage of ciroulatory and respiratory failure,a large dose of injections of Shengmai,Lisheng,Shengfu should be used;(2)Xuefu Zhuyu Tang and injection of Xingnaojing should be used to promote resuscitation;(3) modified Huanglian Wendan Tang and injections of Shuang Huanglian and Yuxingcao were benifit for the control of respiratory infection;(4) when hemiplegia,aphasia, incontinence of feces and urine appear after restoration of consciousness,Buyang Huangwu Tang with modification was used to promote the restoration of nerve function.
