情志致衰机制初探

情志致衰是中医学理论中的重要组成部分。新医学模式的建立要求人们更加重视情志致衰的原因和机制。在病因方面,中医学认为情志具有双重性,只有病理性的情志活动才能加速衰老。同时,情志致衰必须具备一定的条件,其次与人体的先天性和后天性因素有关。在病理机制方面,认为情志失调主要通过使脏腑亏虚、气血衰竭、气机逆乱、阴阳失调和痰凝血瘀五方面来致病促衰。

Discussion of the mechanism of senility caused by emotion

The emotion-resulting-senility is an integral part of TCM theory.Required by established new medicine mode,more emphases should be put on the discussion about the reasons and mechanism of emotion-resulting-senility.From the point of etiology,TCM theory holds that emotions have dual nature,and only the pathologic emotional activity can accelerate senility;At the meantime,only on certain conditions can the emotions result senility,which is also related to the human body's congential and acquired factors.From the point of pathogenic mechanism,it is considered that the emotional dysfunction cause illness and senility by deficiency of viscera,decay of Qi and blood,disarrangement of Qi,imbalance between yin and yang,phlegm coagulation and blood stasis.
