某高校一起麻疹暴发的流行病学调查及防治体会

目的 了解大学生麻疹暴发的流行病学及临床特征,探讨高校内麻疹暴发疫情的综合防治措施.方法 采用流行病学调查方法,并对其临床特征、综合防治措施的效果进行总结分析.结果 2005年3月19日-4月21日的麻疹暴发流行中,我校大学生共发生麻疹36例,发病率为352.9/10万;其中发热35例,全身斑丘疹典型者25例,不典型者11例,柯氏斑9例,咳嗽、流涕26例,畏光、眼结膜充血7例.当地有麻疹流行,发病多集中在同宿舍、同楼层等密切接触者;农村学生发病27例,占75.0%.经及时采取隔离治疗、环境通风消毒、疫苗接种等措施,1周后发病明显减少,10天后无新发病例.结论 大学生中仍有麻疹暴发流行的可能,高校医务人员应做好相关防治工作.

The Investigation and Prevention Report on the Epidemic Measles in a College

Objective To study the comprehensive measures to prevent the measles epidemic in the college. Method Use the methods of investigation on epidemiology, then analyze and summarize the clinical features and the results of comprehensive defending measures. Results From March 19th, 2005 to April 21st, 2005 there appeared 36 measles cases of students in our college totally, and the incidence of this disease is about 352.9 per hundred thousand. Among them 35 had fever, 25 typical maculopapule, 11 non-typical rash, 9 the Koplise macule, 26 cough and sneeze, 7 bloody-eyes. There were measles epidemic in our city and the cases usually happened among the students who lived in the same dormitory or store, 27 of whom come from countryside and occupied 75% of all cases. The situation had been controlled after we took effective measures, such as the isolation of patients, the injection of measles vaccine, environmental ventilation and sterilization. The number of cases obviously decreased after a week and there were no new cases 10 days later. Conclusion Because of the possibility of the measles epidemic among college students, medical stuff in colleges or universities should take preventive measures to fight against it.
