| 摘 要： | 目的]了解枣庄市中学生乙型肝炎(乙肝)病毒感染状况,为中学生乙肝防治提供科学依据。方法]对2004~2008年枣庄市4所高中的一年级入学新生HBV血清标志物检测资料进行分析。结果]合计检测12 792名高一新生,HBsAg阳性率为2.13%。HBsAg阳性率,男生为2.65%,女生为1.34%(P0.01);重点中学为1.52%,普通中学为3.77%(P0.01)。检出的272例HBsAg阳性者中,HBsAg、HBeAg、抗-HBc均阳性的占53.31%,单纯HBsAg阳性者占21.32%,HBsAg、抗-HBe、抗-HBc均阳性者占17.65%,HBsAg、抗-HBc均阳性者占7.72%。结论]枣庄市高一新生HBsAg阳性率较低。
