低氧对大鼠大脑皮质超微结构影响及图像定量分析

摘    要:本文采用图像定量分析及形态测量方法对进入高原低氧环境下的大鼠大脑皮质超微结构进行定量研究观察。结果如下:急性组脑皮质细胞内的线粒体数量增多(P<0.01)。亚急性组线粒体数量减少(P<0.01),线粒体平均截面积增大(P<0.01),毛细血管基底膜增厚(P<0.01),内皮细胞中出现许多吞饮泡。轴突及树突内线粒体肿胀、嵴断裂。轴棘及轴树突触间隙变窄(P<0.01)。恢复组锥体细胞内出现多量的脂褐素。本文讨论了高原低氧对脑皮质影响及可塑性,并对形态改变的机制进行了探讨。

Abstract:ethods of the image quantitative analysis and the morphological quantum were used tostudy the cerebral cortex with an electronic microscope.The experiment showed that in acutegroup the number of the mitochondria in the pyramidal cell increased significantly(P<0.01);Insubacute group the number of the mitochondia was reduced(P<0.01),The mitochondriaexhibited swelling and crest break-up and more degranulation.The rough endoplasmic reticuladecame more dilated with disorder arrangement.The mitochondrial changes were also found in theaxons and dendrities.The results of image analysis showed that the average square of the mito-chondria increased(P<0.01),the axo-spine and the axo dendritic width narrowing (P<0.01);In restoration group the basal lamina thickness of capillaries increased.In the endothlium cells,various vesicies appeared in cytoplasm.A great deal of lipofusein pigment was often seen in thepyramidal cells.The relation between the morphological and the functional alteration in hypoxicnervous system was also discussed.
