| 摘 要： | 目的设计与制定城市社区卫生服务利用者满意度评价指标,构建一套反映全方位服务功能的社区卫生服务满意度指标体系。方法运用文献查阅法和特尔菲法从初选的32个指标中筛选出反映社区卫生服务功能的满意度测评指标。结果建立了一套合理的社区卫生服务评价指标体系,根据特尔菲法最终确定了23个评价指标。结论建立健全一套社区卫生服务满意度指标体系势在必行,此研究建立的评价指标体系基本能够满足现阶段社区卫生服务发展的需要。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To design and formulate the customer satisfaction index of the community health service,and to set up a comprehensive evaluation indication system for community health service. METHODS Literature sources and Delphi method were used to obtain practical evaluation indicators for community health service functions from 32 indexes based on elementory choice. RESULTS There were 23 indicators based on Delphi for evaluation system. CONCLUSIONS It is absolutely necessary to develop a framework of customer satisfaction indexes for community health service. The framework developed in the present study is able to meet the current needs of community health service development. |
