人参皂苷对电激痉挛所致小鼠神经失调的改善作用的研究

摘    要:目的 :研究人参皂苷对电激痉挛所致小鼠神经失调的改善作用。方法 :采用电激痉挛对小鼠自发运动量和戊巴比妥钠诱发的睡眠时间的影响及人参根和茎叶皂苷对其改善作用 ,并观察两者的治疗效果。结果 :电刺激可导致小鼠自发运动量增加 (t=2 .2 8,P<0 .0 5 ) ,戊巴比妥钠诱发的睡眠时间缩短 (t=3.2 5 ,P<0 .0 1) ;人参根皂苷 (10 0 mg/ kg)可降低电激痉挛所致小鼠的自发运动量增加 (t=2 .18,P<0 .0 5 ) ,改善电激痉挛所致小鼠戊巴比妥钠诱发的睡眠 (t=4 .0 5 1,P<0 .0 1) ;人参根皂苷 (5 0 mg/ kg) ,人参茎叶皂苷均无此明显效应。结论 :人参根皂苷高剂量组有较好的中枢镇静作用 ,改善电激痉挛所致的小鼠神经失调症状。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of the ginsenosides to the dysautonomia mice induced by electrical stimulation. Methods: To establish the dysautonomia model in mice induced by electrical stimulation, then observed the amount of spontaneous movement and sleeping time caused by Pentobarbital sodium. Contrasted the effect of the ginsenosides from root (RG) of Panax ginseng. C A.Mey. with the effect of the ginsenosides from stem and leaf (SLG) of Panax ginseng. C.A.Mey. Results: The experiment showed:electrical stimulation could increase the amount of spontaneous movement of mice ( t=2.28,P < 0.05 ) and reduce the sleeping time caused by Pentobarbital sodium ( t=3.25,P <0.01). RG(100 mg/kg) could reduce the amount of spontaneous movement of electrified mice ( t=2.18,P <0.05) and improve the sleeping time caused by Pentobarbital sodium ( t=4.051,P <0.01). But, has (50 mg/kg) and SLG did not have the remarkable stimulation. Conclusion: The high dosage of RG has obviously center sedation and improved the syndromes of mice induced by electrical stimulation.
