| 摘 要： | 缝隙连接是介导相邻细胞间离子和小分子信号物质直接交换的跨膜通道，连接蛋白43（connexin43，Cx43）是比较常见的缝隙连接蛋白，在很多细胞中都有表达。很多细胞因子能影响Cx43的表达及其缝隙连接功能。本文综述了Cx43的结构和功能及几种常见的细胞因子与Cx43表达之间的关系。

The Role of several common cytokines on connexin43 |

| Abstract: | Gap junctions are clusters of transmembrane channels which mediate direct exchange of ions and small signaling molecules between adjacent cells. Connexin43 （Cx43） is the more common gap junction protein which expressed in most cells. Many cytokines can affect the expression of connexin43 and the function of gap junction. This review describes the structure and fnnction of Cx43 and the relationship between several common cytokines and the expression of connexin43. |
