| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨床单位集中消毒供应中心管理模式。方法：采取合理的建筑布局、先进的设备配置、严格的流程管理、完善的规章制度和全员全程培训。结果：床单位集中消毒供应管理流程清晰,职责明确,交接及时;现场采样检测床单位表面细菌杀灭率达99%。结论：实施床单位集中消毒供应顺应专业发展趋势,有利于医院感染控制,确保切断床上用品在流通使用环节所导致的医院感染,加强部门之间的沟通协调是确保工作顺利开展的必要条件。 |

Methods: Many administration principles were adopted, those were scientific construct arrangement, advanced facilities allocation, strict process management, well-defined regulations and total personnel training.
