周仲瑛教授标本兼顾法治疗肺病验案3则

介绍了周仲瑛教授从标本兼顾、扶正攻邪立法治疗肺病咳喘验案3则.案一久病支扩,痰热壅肺,又因久咳伤正,气阴耗伤,先拟清肺化痰治标为主;二诊转从标本兼顾,益气养阴、清热化痰合法;三诊突出健脾益气、养阴补肺,以杜生痰之源.案二肺炎咳嗽,因感冒令咳嗽反复难愈,久咳肺虚,气阴耗伤,卫表不固;日久子病及母,脾虚痰湿内生,上干于肺,久蕴化热.证属肺虚痰热,气阴两伤,治以清养并施而获效.案三慢性肺病,高年正虚,复感外邪,触动痰热,痰热闭肺,出现咳喘重症,并见正虚邪陷,由喘致脱之兆,乃本虚标实之证,但治疗不用益气扶正固脱法,而径用祛邪利气法,令"邪去正安".
