| 摘 要： | 目的:观察复方甘草酸苷联合丹参抗慢性肝炎肝纤维化的疗效。方法:将154例慢性肝炎患者随机分为治疗组(复方甘草酸苷联合丹参)、复方甘草酸苷组、丹参组,比较其治疗前、后肝功能及肝纤维化血清学指标变化。结果:治疗组治疗后肝纤维化指标下降,与治疗前及复方甘草酸苷组、丹参组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷联合丹参有明显改善慢性肝炎肝功能和抗纤维化效果,且作用互补。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of compound glycyrrhizin(CG)combined with radix salviae miltiorrhizae(RSM) on hepatic fibrosis.Methods:One hundred and fifty-four patients with chronic hepatitis were randomly divided into 3 groups:trial group(CG+RSM),CG group and RSM group.The serologic parameters of liver functions and hepatic fibrosis were compared between pretreatment and post treatment.Results:The parameters of hepatic fibrosis were decreased in trial group after treatment,in comparison with those of pretreatment,CG group and RSM group,the fiferences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CG combined with RSM could obviously improve the liver functions and resist hepatic fibrosis in chronichepatitis patients. |
