银丹心脑通胶囊与老年高血压患者IMT、ET关系的临床观察

目的:观察老年高血压病患者使用银丹心脑通胶囊治疗后IMT、ET水平的变化,评价银丹心脑通胶囊对高血压内皮功能损害及动脉粥样硬化的干预作用。方法:研究对象随机分为2组,实验组给银丹心脑通胶囊并降压治疗,对照组单纯降压治疗。结果:治疗前后实验组的ET差值与对照组的ET差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后实验组的IMT差值与对照组的IMT差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:银丹心脑通胶囊能缓解老年高血压患者的内皮功能损害和动脉粥样硬化。

Clinical observation of the relationship between Yindanxinnaotong capsule and IMT,ET in elderly hypertension patients

Objective: To observe the effect of Yin Dan Xin Nao Tong capsule on IMT(carotid intima-media thickness) and ET(endothelin) in elderly hypertensive patients and to evaluation the role of Yin Dan Xin Nao Tong capsule in intervention the endothelial damage and atherosclerosis caused by hypertension,and also to finf out new ways for slowing down the target organ damage.Method:120 elderly hypertensive patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Yin Dan Xin Nao Tong capsule combined antihypertensive therapy were used to Treatment group,and only antihypertensive therapy were used to control group.Diversification of ET and IMT between before treatment and after 6 weeks treatment of all the patients were Observed.Results: Compared to the control group,the ET’s difference of treatment group before and after treatment were significant statistically difference(P<0.05).The IMT’s difference before and after treatment,it hadn’t significant statistically difference(P>0.05) between the treatment group and control group.Conclusion:Yin Dan Xin Nao Tong capsule combined antihypertensive therapy can be better efficacy than the simple antihypertensive therapy to elderly hypertension patients in alleviating the atherosclerosis and endothelial dysfunction.It can delay the further development of the target organ damage.
