高原慢性肺原性心脏病急性发作期并发急性肾功能衰竭的病因研究

摘    要:研究了高原地区(海拔2260~3200m)31例慢性肺原性心病病急性发作期并发急性肾功能衰竭的原因。结果:P_。O_2及pH值愈低,肾功能损害愈严重;PaCO_2>8.67kPa(>65.03mmHg)及血液粘度增高者,肾功能损害严重,而PaCO_2<8.67kPa(<65.03mmHg)及血液粘度正常者肾功能损害较轻。作者对高原肺原性心脏病并发急性肾功能衰竭的发生机制及防治作了讨论。

Abstract:31 patients with acute renal failure due to acule at-tack of high altitude( 2 260-3200M abovc sea level)chronic cor pulmonale were studled.The results showedthat the lower the PaO_2.and pH values,the more more serious the impairment of renal function, Impairment of the renal function was morc serious in the patients with PaCO_2>8.67 kPa( 65.03mmHg ) and an elevated blood viscosity than in the patients with PaCO_2<8.67 kPa and a nor-mal blood viscosity. The mechanism, prevention andtreatment of acute renal failure due to high altitude corpulmonale were discussed.
