抗菌肽概述及抗菌分子机理的研究进展

抗菌肽是广泛存在于自然界生物体中的多肽,与传统的抗生素相比具有分子量小、广谱抗菌、热稳定性好、抗菌机理独特等优点。利用抗菌肽替代传统抗生素,对提高畜产品品质,推动绿色畜牧业的发展有着非常重要的意义。本文对抗菌肽的分类和作用机理等方面作了简要概述,并就目前在抗菌肽研究和应用领域中存在的问题及应用前景作一阐述,以期为抗菌肽的更深层次的研究提供参考。

The Research Progress of Summarization and Molecular Antibacterial Mechanism to Antibacterial Peptides

The antibacterial peptides are a class of peptides that widely exist in many creatures in nature.They have some advantages such as small molecular weight,strong heat steadiness,wide antibacterial spectrum and special antibacterial mechanism,which are different from traditional antibiotics.So if antibacterial peptides replace traditional antibiotics,which will very meaningful in improving the quality of livestock products and developing the green stockbreeding. In this paper,we analyzed and reviewed the classification,mechanism of their action,prospects of application,and problems remained in antibacterial peptides research.In order to provide reference resource for some senior research in the future.
