浅表性膀胱癌术后早期膀胱内灌注吡柔比星预防复发疗效观察

目的评价浅表性膀胱癌术后早期膀胱内灌注吡柔比星(THP)预防肿瘤复发的疗效和安全性。方法对18例浅表性膀胱癌患者行TUR-Bt或膀胱部分切除术，术后一周内开始30mgTHP/50ml蒸馏水膀胱内灌注，药物于膀胱内保留30分钟，每周一次，连续八周，以后每月一次，连续八个月。结果随访6～12个月，无一例复发，其中10例出现短时期的膀胱激惹症状，4例TUR-Bt术的患者创面修复延迟，其余病例均愈合良好。结论浅表性膀胱癌术后早期予THP膀胱内灌注预防肿瘤复发疗效肯定、安全可靠、对手术创面愈合影响不大。

Early postoperative intravesical instillation of THP for the prev enting recurrence of superficial bladder carcinoma

Objective　To evaluate effects and safety of early instillating THP intravesically on preventing tumor recurrence after oper ation of superficial bladder carcinoma.Methods　18 patients with superficial bladder carcinoma were instilled 30mg THP/50mg in distilled water i ntravesically and retained 30minutes in bladder for a week after TUR-Bt or part ial cystectomy once a week for 8 weeks,and then once a month for 8 months.Results　The patients were followed-up for 6～12 months,none of them recurred,Stimulating symptoms of bladder occurred in 10 patients, patients under going TUR-Bt delayed to heal, the others healed well.Conclusions　Early instilling THP intravesically after operation of superficial bladder car cinoma can prevent tumor from recurring,which is safe and of little interfere nce to wound healing.
