麻疹胎传抗体的跟踪观察及初免月龄的探讨

目的：通过了解婴儿胎传抗体衰减情况和不同月龄婴儿对麻疹疫苗的免疫应答情况，探讨减少小月龄麻疹病例的对策。方法：采用ELESA方法测定血清中麻疹IgG抗体水平。月龄时降低50％，6月龄和8月龄降到15％左右，几乎无保护作用，且6月龄和8月龄婴儿接种疫苗后免疫成功率间无差别。结论：目前新生儿麻疹抗体水平低，到6月龄时大部分婴儿胎传抗体已降到保护水平以下，因此，为实现消灭麻疹的总目标，在小月龄麻疹发病率高的地区可考虑将麻疹初免月龄从8月龄提前到6月时进行。

Observation on Infants Measles Antibody and Study on First Im muniziation Time of Measles Vaccine

Objective To know maternal transferred measles antibody level of different month old infants in order to sutdy the countermeasures of measles control on infants.Methods To test meales IgG antibody level of infants' blood by using ELISA method.Results Measles antibody level of newborn is not high and it reduces to 50% in 3 months old,20% in 6 months old,15% in 8 months old and the antibody in 6 and 8 months old is in lower level,nearly no protection for infants.Meanwhile it's found that successful rates of immunization and antibody distribuiton of measles have no difference between 6 and 8 months old babies after vaccination of measles vaccine.Conclusion Measles antibody level is low in most newbrons.In order to reduce infants measles cases,it should be considered that the age of the first vaccination of measles vaccine are changed from 8 months old to 6 months old in some regions.
