特发性黄斑前膜的手术疗效初步探讨

目的 探讨玻璃体切除联合黄斑前膜剥除术治疗特发性黄斑前膜的疗效.方法 特发性黄斑前膜15例（15眼）,视力0.05～0.4.均行标准三切口玻璃体切除术,用自制钩针将前膜组织钩离视网膜表面后用眼内镊撕除前膜,进行气液交换后均用滤过空气充填;术后采取面向下体位7天,随诊2～8月,平均为5.2月.结果 手术后2月7眼视力较手术前提高4行,3眼提高3行,3眼提高2行,2眼视力较术前无提高.5眼视物变形症状明显好转,7眼视物变形症状消失.黄斑部血管扭曲改善.结论 黄斑前膜剥除术是治疗特发性黄斑前膜的确切有效的方法.

Primary study on curative effect of operation for idopathic macular epiretinal membrane

Objective To study the curative effect of vitrectomy combined the idopathic macular epiretinal membrane(IMEM)peeling on IMEM.Methods 15cases(15eyes)were retrospectively analyzed.The preoperative visual acuity ranged from 0.05-0.4,all patients had some degree of metrophopsia.All patients were had stand three ports opening vitrectomy and peeled the macular epiretinal membrane with hooked needle made by ourself.Then had gas-fluid exchange,took prone position for 7 days.The patients were followed up for 2-8months,the average was 5.2 months.Results 7 eye's vision were improved for 4 lines,3 eyes improved 3 lines,3 eyes improved 2 lines.2 eyes had no effect.5 eyes symptom were changed greatly.7 eyes symptom were dispeared.Conclusions vitrectomy combined the idopathic macular epiretinal membrane peeling is an effective way to treat idopathic macular epiretinal membrane.
