胎儿水肿114例临床分析

目的:探讨胎儿水肿的诊断、处理及早期诊断在优生优育及降低围产儿死亡率方面的意义。方法:对我院1990年1月～2000年10月收治的胎儿畸形患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:胎儿水肿占同期畸形儿数的78％,114倒水肿胎儿无一存活,胎龄28周以上水肿儿73例,占同期围产儿死亡数的22％。结论:胎儿水肿为本地区主要畸形儿,在围产儿死亡率中占相当大比例,且并发症多。及早诊断,尽早终止妊娠,是降低本地区围产儿死亡率的重要措施。

The Clinical Analysis to 114 Cases of Fetal Hydrops

Objective: To study the significance of the early diagnosis and management to the fetal hydrops to lower perinatal mortality rate.Methods:To retrospectively analyze the clinical documentation of the fetal hydrops in our hospital from Jan, 1990 to Oct, 2000. Results: Fetal hydrop was 78% of the fetal abnormalities 114 cases of fetal hydrops all had been dead.73 cases of fetal hydrops were more 28 weeks of gestational ages. It was 22% of the perinatal fetuses died. Conclusion: Fetal hydrops are the mainly abnormalities in our area.It accounts for much portion in perinatal mortality of fetuses.
