丹参治疗急性一氧化碳中毒病人心肌损伤的研究

摘    要:目的探讨丹参对中重度急性一氧化碳中毒(ACOP)病人心肌损伤的治疗作用.方法 28例随机分为丹参治疗组14例和对照组14例,检测接诊后0 h、8 h、1 d、3 d、7 d及10 d时血清心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)及心电图并进行比较.结果治疗组血清cTnI水平在接诊后1 d、7 d及10 d时显著低于对照组(P<0.01~P<0.05),CK及CK-MB在接诊后3 d及7 d时显著降低(P<0.05),而在10 d时此3项指标在两组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗组心律异常/ST-T异常天数亦显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论丹参能有效减轻急性一氧化碳中毒病人心肌损伤的程度,减少心电图异常的发生,但并不能缩短心肌损伤的病程.

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of salvia miltiorrhiza on myocardial damage in moderate and severe acute carbon monoxide poisoning (ACMP).Methods Twenty-eight patients (pts) with moderate and severe ACMP were divided into salvia miltiorrhiza group (Group S) and control group(Group C).Serum troponin I(cTnI),creatine kinase(CK),MB isoenzyme of CK(CK-MB)and electrocardiogram were analyzed at 0 h, 8 h, 1 d, 3 d, 7 d and 10d after the emergency acceptance.Results The serum cTnI levels in 1 d, 7 d and 10 d were lower significantly in Group S than that in Group C(P<0.01,P<0.01 and P<0.05,respectively),and CK and CK-MB levels were also lower in 3 d and 7 d (P<0.05),but in 10 d.The duration of arrhythmia / abnormal ST-T changes was shorter significantly in Group S than that in group C (P<0.05).Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza,applied for pts with ACMP,may be effectively to reduce the severity of myocardium damage and the electrocardiogram abnormality.The course of myocardium injury could not be shorten by it.
