论优化医院管理人才的知识结构

摘    要:论述了优化知识结构是提高能力和素质的关键;医院管理人才同样要追求知识的多维结构;同时注意方法得当才能事半功倍等问题.认为凡是事业上做出较大贡献的创新人才,都是重视多种知识的复合及能力和素质的转化;医院管理人才在追求知识的多维结构中要依据目标,重视层次;不求量多,但求最佳;突出重点细化内容.

Abstract:This article states that optimizing knowledge structure is the key point of improving their abilities and knowledge of hospital management talents. While they are aimed at various knowledge they should pay attention to use appropriate methods so that to get twice the results with half efforts. The author says innovative talents who give great contributions to their work should also pay attention to absorb various levels of knowledge, and improve their abilities. When hospital management talents are aiming for varied knowledge structure they should, according to their goals, pay attention to knowledge levels but not quantities, and try to get the best results.
