| 摘 要： | 慢性荨麻疹是皮肤科的常见疾病,其发病机制较为复杂,至今未有明确定论。由于部分荨麻疹患者发病前均有精神诱因,心理应激也可使荨麻疹病情加重,因此本文从神经生长因子、P物质、降钙素相关基因肽、内源性阿片样肽类、5-羟色胺、肥大细胞等方面对精神因素致慢性荨麻疹发病机制的国内外研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Chronic urticaria is a common disease in dermatology.The pathogenesis is complicated,and there is no final conclusion till now.Many patients suffered from chronic urticaria had triggering factor of spirit,and psychological stress can also worsen the condition.This review presents our knowledge of the pathogenic psychological factors in urticaria,including nerve growth factor,substance P,calcitonin gene related peptide,etc. |
