陪护式康复训练对慢性精神分裂症患者康复的影响

目的探讨医院内陪护式康复训练对慢性精神分裂症患者康复的影响。方法将40例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为康复组和对照组各20例,两组在常规治疗的基础上,对康复组实施医院内陪护式康复训练,观察6mo。于康复训练前后采用简明精神病量表、阳性症状量表、阴性症状量表、住院病人护士观察量表评定临床效果。结果康复训练6mo末,康复组简明精神病量表总分及思维障碍、缺乏活力因子分显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）;阳性症状量表怪异行为因子分显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）;阴性症状量表总分及各因子分均显著或极显著低于对照组（P〈0.05或0.01）;住院病人护士观察量表总分,总积极因子分均显著高于对照组,总消极因子分显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论医院内陪护式康复训练是改善慢性精神分裂症患者阴性症状、阳性症状及其怪异行为的一项重要治疗措施。

Effects of accompanying rehabilitation training on rehabilitation of chronic schizophrenics

Objective To explore the effects of intra-hospital accompanying rehabilitation training on psychiatric symptoms of chronic schizophrenics.Methods 40 chronic schizophrenics were randomly divided into rehabilitation and control groups(both n=20),the former given intra-hospital accompanying rehabilitation training for 6 months.Clinical effects were assessed with the BPRS,SAPS,SANS and NOSIE before and after rehabilitation training.Results The total score and scores of insufficient vigor and thinking disturbance in the BPRS were obviously lower in the rehabilitation than in the control group(P<0.01);scores of weird behaviors of the SAPS were obviously lower in the rehabilitation than in the control group(P<0.05);the total and each factor score of the SANS was significantly lower in the rehabilitation than in the control group(P<0.05 or 0.01);the total and con-active factor score of the NOSIE were obviously higher and the con-negative lower in the rehabilitation than in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Intra-hospital accompanying rehabilitation training is an important therapeutic measure improving negative and positive symptoms and weird behaviors of chronic schizophrenics.
