| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical effect of microinvasive evacuation of hematoma in treatment of hypertensive brain hemorrhage. Methods 69 patients with the disease were treated with YL - 1 puncture needle for in - tracranial hematoma and washing liquid for hematoma. Results Rehemorhage rate, disabling rate, fatality rate, and effective role of the treatment group by this therapy were 12.0%, 10.0%, 8.0% ,70. 0%, respectively. Conclusion The therapy of microminvasive evacuation of hematoma in treatment of hypertensive brain hemorrhage is safe and effective. Patients treeted with this therapy had at low disabling and fatality rate and a better prognosis. |
