东中西部地区农村卫生发展比较(二)--卫生服务利用与提供状况的比较

西部农村地区居民的卫生服务利用率和卫生机构提供服务的能力明显低于中东部地区的农村。表现在儿童的计划免疫接种率和孕产妇住院分娩率较低,在家分娩接生人员主要是家人,在家分娩的原因主要是经济困难、没有必要和来不及等;卫生机构的基础设施较差,卫生技术人员的学历层次和技术水平偏低,公共卫生机构的服务能力亟待提高。

Compare Health Development of Rural Areas in Different Districts of China--About the Using of Health Service and the Supply Condition of Health

The using rate of health service and the service capability of hygienic organizations in western rural areas are obviously lower than the middle and eastern rural areas. For examples,the rate of child's plan immunity vaccination and delivery in hospital is low,the midwife is mainly her family member when she give birth to her baby at home,and the mainly reasons are economy difficulties,unnecessary,without enough time and so on; the basal establishment of hygienic organizations isn't good,the school record level and the technical level of hygienic technical personnel is somewhat low,and the service-ability of public health organizations should be enhanced urgently.
