哈乐胶囊对老年患者脊柱术后尿管留置时间的影响

目的探讨哈乐胶囊对老年患者术后导尿留置时间的影响。方法将本科室2007年3月至2009年10月100例行脊柱手术的老年患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予术前指导卧床排尿训练,术后间歇性夹闭引流管等常规护理方法。实验组在对照组护理基础上给予哈乐胶囊,每天1粒,早餐后服用。结果实验组3天内成功拔除74%,5天内拔除98%,而对照组分别为42%,74%。两组之间有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论老年患者普遍存在不同程度的排尿困难,术后服用哈乐胶囊,对于缩短拔管时间,减少泌尿系感染发生率有着积极的作用。

Impact of the harnal capsule to the indwelling catheter time of the elderly patients in postoperative

OBJECTIVE To discuss the impact of the harnal capsule to the indwelling catheter time of the elderly patients in postoperative.METHODS From March 2007 to October 2009,100 elderly patients with routine spinal surgery were randomly divided into experimental and control group,50 cases in each group.Control group were given the conventional methods of care,such as：training the bed urination in preoperative,clamping the drainage tube in postoperative,etc.On the basis of the care in the control group,experimental group was received the harnal capsule once a day after breakfast.RESULTS Experimental group had a significant higher removal rate in the 3 and 5 days,respectively with 74%,98% compared with control group with 42%,74%.There was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.CONCLUSION Elderly patients had varying degrees of dysuria.Taking the harnal capsule in postoperative had a positive effect to shorter the time of extubation and reduce the incidence of urinary tract infection.
