| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨细胞角蛋白 19片段 (CYFRA2 1- 1)和癌胚抗原 (CEA )在肺癌诊断方面的价值。 方法 运用电化学发光免疫分析 (ECL IA)技术测定 39例肺癌、36例肺炎和 70例健康人血清 CYFRA 2 1- 1和 CEA水平。 结果 血清 CYFRA2 1- 1和 CEA对肺癌的敏感性分别为 79.5 %和 5 3.9% ,两者联合检测敏感性 84.6 %。 结论 作为肺癌的辅助诊断指标 ,CYFRA2 1- 1优于 CEA;CYFRA 2 1- 1和 CEA联合检测 ,能提高对肺癌诊断的敏感性 ,适用于肺癌的筛查。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate electrochemoluminescence immunoassay(ECLIA) of serum cytokeratin fragment 19(CYFRA21|1) and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) in the diagnosis of lung carcinoma. Methods Serum CYFRA21|1 and CEA level were investigated by ECLIA in 70 healthy subjects and 79 patients, including 39 with lung carcinoma, 4 with benign lung space|occupying lesion and 36 with pneumonia. Results The positive rates of CYFRA21|1 and CEA in patients suffered from lung cancer were 79 5% and 53 9%, respectively. In lung cancer, the diagnosis sensitivity of conbining CYFRA21|1 with CEA detection was elevated to 84 6%. Conclusion As a parameter for diagnosis of lung carcinoma, serum CYFRA21|1 level is better than that of CEA; the highest diagnosis sensitivity is found by both CYFRA21|1 and CEA detection. |
