冰柏液冷湿敷治疗急性湿疹疗效观察

目的:观察冰柏液冷湿敷治疗急性湿疹的临床疗效及安全性评价。方法:将62例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各31例。治疗组予冰柏液冷湿敷治疗2次/天,口服依巴斯汀10 mg,1次/天;对照组予3%硼酸溶液冷湿敷2次/天,口服依巴斯汀10mg,1次/天,疗程均为2周,主要观察指标为EASI评分和瘙痒程度(VAS)评分。结果:治疗组患者EASI和VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为87.10%和67.74%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:冰柏液冷湿敷治疗急性湿疹疗效较好。

Efficiency observation of cold-wet compression of Bingbo liquid on acute eczema

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of cold-wet compression of Bingbo liquid on acute eczema,and evaluate the safety. Methods:62 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,31 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with cold-wet compression of Bingbo liquid twice a day,and took 10 mg Ebastine orally once a day;while the control group was treated with cold-wet compression of 3%boric acid solution twice a day,and took 10 mg Ebastine orally once a day.For both groups,the course of treatment was 2 weeks. The main observation indexes were EASI score and VAS score.Results:The scores of EASI and VAS of patients in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 87.10% in treatment group and 67.74% in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of cold-wet compression of Bingbo liquid on acute eczema is better.
