中西医结合治疗霉菌性阴道炎疗效观察

目的:观察中西药联合外用治疗霉菌性阴道炎的疗效。方法:将70例诊断为霉菌性阴道炎的患者随机分为两组各35例,对照组给予硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊,治疗组在对照组用药基础上给予中药阴道冲洗,一个月经周期连续用药10天为1个疗程,共用3个月经周期后观察两组临床疗效,并随访3个月统计复发率。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.14%,对照组为77.14%,治疗组明显高于对照组;组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗组复发率2.94%,对照组18.52%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:中西药联合外用治疗霉菌性阴道炎具有安全、方便、副作用小,复发率低、临床疗效好。

Efficiency observation of integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine on colpomycosis

Objective: To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western external drugs on colpomycosis. Methods: 70 cases of diagnosised patients with colpomycosis were randomly divided into two groups, 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Nifuratel and Nysfungin Soft Capsules, while the treatment group was treated plus with vaginal rinsing with traditional Chinese drugs on the basis of control group. A continuous medication for 10 days in a menstrual cycle was taken as a course of treatment.After 3 menstrual cycles,the clinical effect was observed in two groups. And following up for 3 months,so as to count the recurrence rate.Results: The total effective rate was 97.15% in treatment group and 77.14% in control group,the treatment group was significantly higher than control group,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.05). The recurrence rate was 2.94% in treatment group and 18.52% in control group. And compared the total recurrence rate between two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.05).Conclusion: In the treatment of colpomycosis, integrated traditional Chinese and western external drugs are safe,convenient and with few side effects and low recurrence rate.
