从心论治水肿探讨

多数医家认为水肿与肝、肾、脾、肺功能失调有关。通过参阅历代相关文献,结合临床实践,认为水肿的发生与心主血脉的功能异常密切相关。探讨从心论治水肿的理论依据,发现心可以协调其他脏腑在水液代谢过程中发挥作用。在审因论治、辨证求因的前提下,从心论治水肿可以拓展临床治疗思路,提高疗效,故从心论治水肿应该引起足够重视。

Discussion on treatment of edema from heart

Most doctors consider that edema is related with dysfunction of liver,kidney,spleen and lung.Through referring to the relevant literatures of past dynasties and combining clinical practices,we consider that the occurrence of edema is closely related with dysfunction of aortic vessels of heart. Approached the theoretical basis of treating edema from heart,we discover that the heart can coordinate other viscera to play a role in the metabolism of body fluid. Under the premise of treatment by identification of the etiology and tracing the etiology by syndrome differentiation,the treatment of edema from heart can expand the ideas of clinical treatment and enhance the curative effect. Therefore,the treatment of edema from heart should be given enough attention.
