| 摘 要： | 肺源性呼吸机依赖在临床上常见于呼吸系统急危重症的治疗后期,迁延难愈,脱机困难,费用昂贵,预后差。结合中医文献及现代医学认识,认为该病属于中医暴喘范畴,肺虚气失所主,肾虚气不归纳,痰浊停贮于肺,肺气肃降无权为其主要病因病机。加用中药补益肺肾、健脾化痰,可提前脱机拔管,明显改善预后。

| Abstract: | Pulmonary ventilator dependence is clinically common in the later stage of treatment of severe critical respiratory syndrome,and with long delay,refractoriness,difficult weaning,expensiveness and poor prognosis.Combining literatures on traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical knowledges,this disease is considered as category of sudden asthma of TCM.Its main etiology and pathogenesis are characterized by consumption essence due to lung-qi deficiency,kidney-qi deficiency failing to control respiring qi,phlegm blocking in lung and failure in purification and descending of lung-qi.Additional Chinese medical herbs for nourishing lung and kidney,eliminating phlegm and strengthening spleen can make weaning and extubation ahead of time,and significantly improve prognosis. |
