利湿消痤方治疗女性青春期后痤疮临床观察

目的:观察利湿消痤方治疗女性青春期后痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法:纳入70例女性青春期后痤疮患者,采用奇偶数对分法分为两组各35例。治疗组给予利湿消痤方口服,夫西地酸软膏外用;对照组仅给予夫西地酸软膏外用。6周后观察患者皮损数量、CADI积分下降情况,比较两组疗效,同时进行安全性评价。结果:治疗组治疗后炎性皮损及总皮损数量均显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),而两组非炎性皮损数量比较无统计学差异(P﹥0.05)。治疗组总有效率为91.43%,对照组总有效率为71.43%,两组总有效率存在统计学性差异(P﹤0.01)。治疗组治疗后的CADI积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。两组治疗前后ALT及肌酐变化均无统计学差异(P﹥0.05)。治疗组的复发率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:利湿消痤方治疗女性青春期后痤疮疗效确切,较单纯外用夫西地酸软膏复发率低,安全性良好。

Efficiency observation of Lishi Xiaocuo recipe on female post-adolescent acne

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of Lishi Xiaocuo recipe on female postadolescent acne.Methods:70 cases of selected patients with female post-adolescent acne were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each geoup.The treatment group was treated with oral Lishi Xiaocuo recipe and externally used Fusidic Acid Cream,while the control group was treated simply with externally used Fusidic Acid Cream.After 6 weeks of treatment,skin lesion quantity and declined CADI score of patients were observed,the therapeutic effects were compared between two groups,and the safty was observed at the same time.Results:After treatment,inflammatory skin lesion and total skin lesion quantity in treatment group both were significantly less than in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.01);but compared noninflammatory skin lesion quantity between two groups,there was no statistical difference(P﹥0.05).The total effective rate was 91.43%in treatment group and 71.43%in control group,and there was a statistical difference in total effective rate between two groups(P﹤0.01).After treatment,CADI score in treatment group was significantly lower than in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.01).Before and after treatment,the changes of ALT and creatinine in both groups were without statistical difference(P﹥0.05).The recurrence rate in treatment group was significantly lower than in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Lishi Xiaocuo recipe on female post-adolescent acne is definite,and with low recurrence rate and good safty.
