天麻钩藤饮配合针刺治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕临床观察

目的:观察天麻钩藤饮配合针刺治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕患者的临床疗效。方法:将肝阳上亢型眩晕患者64例分为两组各32例,对照组给予天麻钩藤饮方剂治疗,治疗组给予天麻钩藤饮配合针刺方法进行治疗。比较两组症状评分、疗效以及起效时间情况。结果:治疗后,两组症状评分均显著降低;与对照组相比,治疗组症状评分降低较明显(P﹤0.05)。治疗组显效23例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率93.8%;对照组显效12例,有效9例,无效11例,总有效率65.6%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤饮配合针刺治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕患者,可明显改善临床症状,起效快,疗效更好。

Efficiency observation of Tianma Gouteng decoction and acupuncture on vertigo of liver-yang hyperactivity syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tianma Gouteng decoction and acupuncture on vertigo of liver-yang hyperactivity syndrome. Methods:64 cases of patients with vertigo of liver-yang hyperactivity syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, 32 cases in each geoup. The control group was treated with Tianma Gouteng decoction, while the treatment group was treated with Tianma Gouteng decoction and acupuncture. Symptom score, efficacy and onset time were compared in two groups. Results:After treatment, Symptom scores of both groups were reduced significantly;the symptom score of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group (P﹤0.05). In the treatment group, 23 cases was markedly effective,7 cases effective, 2 cases ineffective, and the total effective rate was 93.8%;in the control group, 12 cases was markedly effective, 9 cases effective, 11 cases ineffective, and the total effective rate was 65.6%. The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P ﹤ 0.05). Conclusion:In the treatment of vertigo of liver-yang hyperactivity syndrome, Tianma Gouteng decoction combined with acupuncture can significantly improve clinical symptoms,and has fast onset of action and better effect.
