| 摘 要： | 综述了存在于天然产物中的五环三萜类化合物的色谱分离和波谱检测技术,分析了各种色谱分离和波谱检测技术的优缺点,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。以期为天然产物中五环三萜类化合物高选择性分离和高灵敏检测技术提供技术支持和理论参考。

| Abstract: | The chromatographic separation and spectral detection techniques for the detection of pentacyclic triterpenoids in natural products were reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of various chromatographic separation and spectral detection techniques were analyzed and the development trend was prospected.It aims at providing technical support and theoretical basis for the high selective separation and sensitive detection of pentacyclic triterpenoids in natural products. |
