中西医结合治疗老年性痰热蕴肺型咳喘疗效观察

目的:观察自拟益气通腑方配合西药治疗老年性痰热蕴肺型咳喘临床效果。方法:选取76例老年性痰热蕴肺型咳喘患者,采用随机数表法将其分为两组各38例。对照组采用常规中西医治疗方法,治疗组在此基础上给予自拟益气通腑方进行治疗,7天为1个疗程,观察两组患者症状改善时间以及临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.37%,显著优于对照组的81.58%,具有差异统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗组各项症状改善时间均明显小于对照组,组间比较仍具有差异统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:益气通腑方能够有效改善老年性痰热蕴肺型咳喘症状,能够减轻急性发作次数,有效缓解肺部功能。

Efficiency observation of integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine on elderly cough and asthma of phlegm-heat obstructing in the lung syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of self-made Yiqi Tongfu recipe and western medicine on elderly cough and asthma of phlegm-heat obstructing in the lung syndrome. Methods: 76 cases of selected elderly patients with cough and asthma of phlegm-heat obstructing in the lung syndrome were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,38 cases in each geoup. The control group was treated by conventional integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine,while the treatment group was treated by self-made Yiqi Tongfu recipe on the basis of control group,7 days as a course of treatment. Symptom improvement time and clinical effect of patients in both groups were observed. Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.37%,which was significantly better than 81.58% of control group, and with statistical significance(P<0.05). The improvement time of each symptom in treatment group was significantly shorter than that in control group,and the comparative difference between two groups was still statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Self-made Yiqi Tongfu recipe can effectively improve the symptoms of elderly cough and asthma of phlegm-heat obstructing in the lung syndrome, reduce the number of acute attack and effectively relieve the function of lung.
