双夏温胆汤治疗痰热内扰型不寐临床观察

目的:观察自拟双夏温胆汤治疗痰热内扰型不寐的临床疗效。方法:将62例痰热内扰型不寐患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各31例,治疗组予双夏温胆汤治疗;对照组予睡前1 h口服舒乐安定1 mg;15天为1个疗程,共服用2个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率为83.9%,对照组为67.7%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);两组PSQI评分与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:双夏温胆汤治疗痰热内扰型不寐疗效确切,且优于舒乐安定口服疗法。

Clinical observation of Shuangxia Wendan decoction on insomnia of phlegm-heat attacking internally

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made S huangxia Wendan decoction on insomnia of phlegm-heat attacking internally.Methods:62 cases of patients with insomnia of phlegm-heat attacking internally were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,31 cases in each geoup.The treatment group was treated with Shuangxia Wendan decoction,while the control group was treated with 1mg oral estazolam in 1h before sleep.15 days as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.The effect was evaluate.Results:The total effective rate was 83.9%in treatment group and 67.7%in control group.The comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the difference of PSQI score between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of self-made Shuangxia Wendan decoction on insomnia of phlegm-heat attacking internally is definite,and better than thatof 1mg oral estazolam in 1h before sleep.
