| 摘 要： | 目的:观察桂枝加葛根汤结合针刺治疗神经根颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取神经根颈椎病患者68例为观察对象,随机分成两组各34例。治疗组采用桂枝加葛根汤加减结合针刺治疗,对照组采用针刺治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.18%,明显优于对照组的70.59%(P﹤0.05)。结论:桂枝加葛根汤加减结合针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病较单纯针刺治疗疗效更好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect of combination of modified Guizhi decoction with Gegen and acupuncture on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:68 cases of selected patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were taken as observed objects and randomly divided into two group,34 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with modified Guizhi decoction with Gegen and acupuncture,while the control group was treated with acupuncture.The clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.17%,which was significantly better than 70.58%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of combination of modified Guizhi decoction with Gegen and acupuncture on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is better than that of simple acupuncture |
