气血生口服液联合琥珀酸亚铁片治疗缺铁性贫血疗效观察

目的:观察气血生口服液联合琥珀酸亚铁片治疗缺铁性贫血(IDA)的疗效。方法:选取IDA患者50例,随机分为两组各25例。对照组给予琥珀酸亚铁片治疗,治疗组给予气血生口服液联合琥珀酸亚铁片治疗,12周后比较两组红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血清铁蛋白(SF)水平变化情况及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.0%,对照组总有效率为76.0%,两组比较,有显著性差异(P﹤0.05);治疗前两组RBC、Hb、SF水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);治疗后两组均较前改善,治疗组各指标优于对照组(P﹤0.05);不良反应发生率治疗组显著低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:气血生口服液联合琥珀酸亚铁片治疗IDA疗效可靠,有效率高,不良反应少。

Efficiency observation of Qixuesheng oral liquid and ferrous succinate tablets on iron deficiency anemia

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qixuesheng oral liquid combined with ferrous succinate tablets on iron deficiency anemia(IDA).Methods:50 cases of selected patients with IDA were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ferrous succinate tablets,while the treatment group was treated with Qixuesheng oral liquid combined with ferrous succinate tablets.After 12 weeks of treatment,the changes of red blood cell(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb)and serum ferritin(SF)as well as the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 92.0%in the treatment group and 76.0%in the control group;the total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(P﹤0.05).Compared the levels of RBC,Hb and SF between two groups before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P﹥0.05).After treatment,both groups were improved more significantly than before treatment;the various indexes of treatment group were better than those of control group(P﹤0.05);and the incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Qixuesheng oral liquid combined with ferrous succinate tablets on IDA is reliable.
