奥美沙坦酯合益气固摄浓缩丸治疗慢性肾炎疗效观察

目的:观察奥美沙坦酯联合益气固摄浓缩丸治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法:将慢性肾炎患者116例随机分为两组,治疗组59例,对照组57例。对照组采用西医基础治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合益气固摄浓缩丸治疗。观察比较两组的尿红细胞、24h尿蛋白定量、尿素氮、血清肌酐水平的变化及治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率为83.05%,优于对照组的70.17%,差异具统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗组各项临床指标水平优于对照组,除血尿素氮外,差异具统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:奥美沙坦酯联合益气固摄浓缩丸治疗慢性肾炎临床效果确切,优于单用奥美沙坦酯。

Efficiency observation of olmesartan medoxomil and Yiqi Gushe concentrated pills on chronic nephritis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of olmesartan medoxomil and Yiqi Gushe concentrated pills on chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods:116 cases of patients with chronic nephritis were randomly divided into two groups,59 cases in treatment group,57 cases in control group.The control group was treated basically with western medicine,while the treatment group was treated plus with Yiqi Gushe concentrated pills on the basis of control group.The changes of levels of urine red blood cells,24 h rUprV,urea nitrogen and serum creatinine as well as the curative effects were observed and compared in two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 83.05%in the treatment group,which was better than 70.17%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Except blood urea nitrogen,the various clinical indexes of treatment group were better than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of olmesartan medoxomil and Yiqi Gushe concentrated pills on chronic nephritis is definite,and better than that of simple olmesartan medoxomil.
