| 摘 要： | 目的:观察桂枝养心胶囊对心力衰竭患者血浆BNP、超声心动图指标的影响。方法:将70例心力衰竭惠者随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组均予抗心衰基础治疗,治疗组加用桂枝养心胶囊;观察治疗前后患者心功能、超声心动图指标(LVIDs、LVPW、LVET、LVSV、LVEF、MEE)的变化。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组血浆BNP、LVIDs、LVSV、MEE值明显降低,LVET、LVEF值明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论:桂枝养心胶囊治疗心力衰竭的机制可能与其改善心肌能量代谢有关。

Effect of Guizhi Yangxin capsule on myocardial energy metabolism of patients with chronic heart failure |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of Guizhi Yangxin capsule on plasma BNP and ultrasound cardiogram indexes of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:70 cases of patients with with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Both groups were given the basic treatment for anti heart failure,while the treatment group was treated plus with Guizhi Yangxin capsules.The changes of cardiac function and ultrasound cardiogram indexes(LVIDs,LVPW,LVET,LVSV,LVEF,MEE)of patients were observed before and after treatment.Results:Compared with control group,in the treatment group,the values of plasma BNP,LVIDs,LVSV and MEE lowered significantly,while the values of plasma LVET and LVEF increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The mechanism of Guizhi Yangxin capsule in treating heart failure may be related to the improvement of myocardial energy metabolism. |
