毫火针合谷刺配合运动疗法治疗中风后肌痉挛临床观察

目的:观察应用毫火针合谷刺配合运动疗法治疗中风后肌痉挛的疗效。方法:将120例中风后肌痉挛患者采用随机数字表法分为两组各60例,对照组行单纯运动康复疗法,治疗组行毫火针合谷刺配合运动疗法。对比治疗后患者的前后肢体痉挛程度、运动功能判定、神经功能缺损的评定、日常生活活动能力的评定。结果:经治疗后,治疗组患者的Ashworth痉挛量表评分情况显著优于对照组;治疗组患者的FMA、MBI评分指标均显著高于对照组;观察组患者的CSS脑卒中临床神经功能缺损评分低于对照组评分,差异均具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:对于中风后肌痉挛患者,采取毫火针合谷刺配合运动疗法,可有效改善生活质量,加速患者恢复正常生活及运动的进度。

Clinical observation on filiform fire-needling at Hegu and exercise therapy in treating poststroke muscular spasticity

Objective: To discuss the effect of filiform fire-needling at Hegu combined with kinesitherapy on spastic degree of fore-and hind-limb of patients with poststroke muscular spasticity, and on FMA, MBI and CSS score indexes. Methods: 120 cases of patients with poststroke muscular spasticity were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group. Spastic degree of fore-and hind-limb, movement function judgment,neurologic impairment evaluation and daily living activity evaluation of patients after treatment were compared. Results: After treatment, the score of Ashworth spasticity scale of patients in treatment group was significantly better than that in control group. FMA and MBI score indexes of patients in treatment group was significantly higher than those in control group.The CSS score of poststroke clinical neurologic impairment of patients in treatment group was lower than that in control group. The differences were statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.05). Conclusion: For patients with poststroke muscular spasticity, filiform fire-needling at Hegu combined with kinesitherapy can effectively improve the quality of life,and accelerate the progress to recover the normal life and movement of patients.
