中西医结合治疗肺结核疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合疗法治疗肺结核的临床效果。方法:将82例确诊肺结核患者随机分为两组各41例;对照组予以肺结核常规西药药物治疗,治疗组在对照组的西药治疗基础上加服中药汤剂加减,完成3个疗程后,观察两组临床疗效、各种临床症状改善情况、不良反应情况等,进行综合分析。结果:在总有效率方面,对照组明显低于治疗组,两组间的差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);在临床症状等方面,治疗组也有其明显的优势;不良反应方面,治疗组则明显低于对照组,两组间的差异显著(P﹤0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗肺结核疗效明显。

Observation of curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:82 cases of diagnosed patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into two group,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine for treating pulmonary tuberculosis,while the treatment group was treated plus with oral modified traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of western medicine treatment of control group.After 3 courses of treatment,the clinical effect,the improvement of various clinical symptoms and the adverse reactions,etc.were observed in two grops,and analyzed comprehensively.Results:In total effective rate,the control group was significantly lower than treatment group,and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In clinical symptoms,the treatment group had also its obvious advantages.In adverse reactions,the treatment group was significantly lower than control group,and the difference between two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on pulmonary tuberculosis is significant.
